Phone us when you are in need, we are approachable, available and reliable, providing quarterly updates on changes to Strata legislation and relevant information via newsletters and documents. We provide daily/weekly updates on maintenance and any outstanding matters.

Maintain Records of Strata Company

Secure storage of documents, accessible to youvia our online owner’s portal, accessible 24/7, or by contacting us as required.

Organising & Attending Annual General Meetings

Minimum of 14 days’ notice confirming meeting dates with owners prior, to encourage owner participation: preparation of agenda, budgets, and financial reports, chairing meetings and executing minutes. After hours meetings if required to ensure maximum attendance of lot owners.

Quarterly Inspections (minimum)

Including a thorough walk around the common area to assess lawns & gardens, car parking issues, potential breach of by-laws and notation of maintenance.

Regular Drive-by Inspections

When in the area we will take notation of any issues, in addition to the quarterly inspections.

By-Laws Management & Advice

Assessment of existing By-laws to meet the needs of each individual owner’s corporation including registration of special use by-laws; enforcement of breaches with owners and tenants, monitoring breaches such as visitor car parking, noise and use of lot until matter is resolved.

Liaising with Real Estate Agents & Tenants

Ensuring all occupants are aware of By- laws and responsibilities and lease agreements contain the required information.

All Administration Costs

An all-inclusive management fee, no fees for phone calls, sending letters and reports.
